Terms of Service

2.1 Agreement. By engaging CodePixelVision for development or design services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All services are governed by an executed Statement of Work (SOW) specifying scope, timeline, and compensation.

2.2 Service Delivery. CodePixelVision commits to delivering services with professional diligence and in accordance with the specifications outlined in the applicable SOW. Timelines are estimated in good faith and subject to timely client feedback and approvals.

2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon complete settlement of all agreed invoices, CodePixelVision assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables — including source code, design assets, and documentation — directly to the Client. No recurring licensing fees apply.

2.4 Client Responsibilities. The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, required content (text, images, branding materials), and access to necessary third-party accounts (hosting, domains, APIs) to facilitate service delivery.

2.5 Payment Terms. Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate in accordance with Swedish commercial law (Räntelagen, SFS 1975:635).

2.6 Limitation of Liability. CodePixelVision's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.7 Termination. Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Non-refundable third-party costs incurred are excluded from any refund calculation.

2.8 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

4.2 Pre-Commencement Refund. If a project has not yet commenced and no work has been performed, a full refund of any advance payment shall be issued within 14 business days of the written refund request.

4.3 Partial Refund. If work has commenced but the project is terminated before completion, the Client shall receive a partial refund proportional to the work not yet delivered, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (domain registrations, hosting deposits, licensed assets).

4.4 Non-Refundable Items. The following are non-refundable: (a) completed and delivered milestones; (b) third-party costs incurred on the Client's behalf; (c) consulting hours already rendered; (d) customization requests executed after written Client approval.

4.5 Quality Disputes. If the Client believes deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the SOW, they must notify CodePixelVision in writing within 7 days of delivery. CodePixelVision will review the dispute and, if warranted, perform remediation at no additional cost within 10 business days.
